My dear friend Cancer Sucks (formerly of Cancer Sucks Even With Lilly Pulitzer on Your Side) offered to do a guest post for me on Lilly Recyles Week. Do you have a lilac gown gathering dust in the back of your closet? How about a bridesmaid dress that you can't squeeze into anymore? Lilly Pulitzer has a great idea for you. Just grab your gently worn fancy dress and head over to your local Lilly Pulitzer Store and donate your dress to a great cause. From now until November 15th you can donate your dress to http://princessproject.org/princess/. You will feel great knowing that a high school student will be able to feel beautiful in a prom dress provided to them free of charge. And if that isn't wonderful enough Lilly will then give you a ten dollar credit towards their new Originals line purchase. It's a win win! Thanksliving is a good thing!! You can also mail your dresses to the Pink Palace!! I am gathering dresses from my Book Club Members to drop off this weekend. Let's show the Princess Project how generous Lilly Lovers can be!!!!
Thank you Cancer Sucks for this guest post!!! Today was a hectic day at work and I appreciated your help!!!!

The PTA at the high school from which I retired does this every year for girls who can't afford a prom dress. It is a wonderful idea! No girl is left out! Lilly is doing a good thing!! xoxo
Happy Hump Day! XOXO
I think this is such a wonderful parternship, Lilly and The Princess Project just seems like a match made in girlie heaven! Hopefully they get a ton of lovely donations for deserving young ladies!
